Russell = Horrible NFL QB and another waste of a high draft pick by the Raiders, which is pretty common these days.

I think its very premature to say that.
He's shown just as much as Stafford has, maybe even more.
He's made mistakes, but he is on a bad team, with bad ownership, just a bad situation.
With McFadden always hurt, he is realistically all the have besides a couple mediocre NFL RB's.
He was the #1 overall draft pick, and the owner wanted him to start, so the owner gets what he wants. Its always been that way in Oakland, Kiffin should not have made it an issue like that. He knew what he was getting into, and still got into it with the boss.
If Wade had did that in Dallas, he would have been gone as well.
He showed signs of being a capable NFL QB last year.
he has been terrible this year, but he is still young, and has the talent.

Stafford has played four games. This is Russell's third season I think. He should have shown more.
He's terrible. He can't even complete half of his passes. Another Al Davis mistake. Davis loves those big armed quarterbacks. Russell can throw the hell out of it but he doesn't have the accuracy or the brains to be a NFL qb.
And Wade is another story. I hope dallas loses to the Chiefs on Sunday just so he gets sent out of Dallas.
Russell held out for a very long time his first sesaon, he only started one game that year.
Look at his last year's stats, they werent as terrible as you guys are acting like;
2,423 yards, 13 TD 8 INT, 53% comp., 77 rating.
He is on a bad a team with no real weapons, he hasn't had a chance to succeed.
I don't know what the hell you've seen to say that, but ok. The problem with that is that Russell has started what 30+ games and Stafford has started 4. 43-108...39.8% completion rate. 1 TD, 4 picks. 506 yards. 42.4 Qb rating. Those are his stats for this year.
This is his third year, and that's the year you usually see the big jump in a player. He has done nothing but get worse. He looks lost and confused out there most of the time. He seldom shows good touch on underneath passes. Makes some of the dumbest throws ever.
I'm not sure if I'd rather have him or VY. That is how bad he is man.
Russell has started 20 games.
From what I saw in college, they are not that different of a player.
Huge arms, can make any throw, but have trouble with accuracy.
I'm not saying he is gonna be a great NFL QB, or even a good one, but Kiffin knew Davis wanted him to start, and he is the boss.

How about this stat, he's got a completion % of 39.8 this year and has only completed over 40% in one game.
